Explore message techniques for a particular target outdoor behaviour from your own programme or site. That might be a problem behaviour – something we’re trying to get visitors to comply with or not do, or it might be a promotional topic – getting a target group to visit in the first place. Don’t worry if you haven’t got one yourself – you can work on someone else’s.
I’ll start off with a bit of a techniques explanation session, based on our own research and practice and then we’d take two to four of the best candidate ideas from the group and work on those behaviours.
