The Outdoor Recreation Network is pleased to announce that booking is now open for its upcoming Accessibility in the Outdoors seminar and site visit. Hosted by Natural England.
Throughout the day you will hear from key policy makers, stakeholders and industry experts including representatives from Natural England and The Disabled Ramblers.
The morning session will take place in the Kings Hotel. There will be be presentations on topics including what legislation says and measures to improve access for people with physical and learning disabilities and those with mental health.
In the afternoon delegates will have the opportunity to visit the National Land Access Centre in Aston Rowant National Nature Reserve. There will be a number of on-site demonstrations led by Natural England, British Horse Society and Forestry England and an opportunity to meet manufactures.
- Registration & Light Refreshments: 10:00 to 10:30 (The Kings Hotel Stokenchurch)
- Presentations: 10:30 to 12:30 (The Kings Hotel Stokenchurch)
- Lunch: 12:30 to 13:15 (Stokenchurch Centre)
- Travel to Site: 13:15 to 13:30
- Site Visit: 13:30 to 16:00 (National Land Access Centre, Aston Rowant Nature Reserve)
