ORN Success Awards – Celebrating Excellence in Outdoor Recreation!
The ORN Success Awards celebrate excellence! The Awards celebrate trailblazing projects that are tackling key challenges in outdoor recreation—aligned with the ORN Action Plan (2025-2028). The Award categories are:
- Best Practice for Improving Access & Accessibility
- Best Project for Enhancing Health & Wellbeing
- Best Example of Managing Climate Change Impact
- Best Example of Maximising Impact with Limited Resource
- Best Project for Protecting Nature & Responsible Access
- Best Example of Research Making An Impact
- Outstanding Contribution from a Small Organisation
- Lifetime Achievement Award (peer-nominated)
ORN Awards 2026
Nominations for the 2026 ORN Success Awards will open in May 2026, spotlighting the outstanding work happening across the outdoor recreation sector. The Awards celebrate trailblazing projects that are tackling key challenges in outdoor recreation—aligned with the ORN Action Plan (2025-2028).
The winners will be announced at the ORN Masterclass on 29th-30th September at the Tidworth Garrison Theatre in Wiltshire.
